As a project assistant, you'll play a key role insupporting engineering project delivery, focusing on document preparation,quality control and team support, while also helping keep the Calgary officerunning smoothly. You'll work closely with engineers, designers, projectmanagers and technical specialists, providing support throughout the projectlife cycle.

You'll also support office operations, includingreception, visitor coordination, communications, meeting logistics and generaladministrative. You'll need to be organized, detail-oriented, proactive, withstrong written communication skills and the ability to manage multiplepriorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Support engineering teams in preparing and delivering high-quality project deliverables, from proposal development to project closeout
