Summary: Provides project coordination, scheduling, reporting, administrative support, records management, and executive support for healthcare infrastructure programs. Responsibilities Essential Job Functions: * Maintain project schedules, action item logs, and reporting tools. * Coordinate meetings and stakeholder communications. * Develop reports, briefings, and presentation materials. * Support document management and records administration. * Assist project leadership with day-to-day program operations. Qualifications Necessary Skills and Knowledge: * Strong Microsoft Office proficiency. * Excellent organizational and communication skills. Minimum Qualifications: * Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. * 5+ years supporting project management or program management activities. * Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a favorable Tier 1/NACI investigation and Common Access Card (CAC). Preferred Qualifications: * Active Secret Clearance preferred. * Federal contracting experience. * PMO support experience. * SharePoint experience. * Project controls and scheduling experience. * Experience supporting executive-level programs. * Prior experience supporting Defense Health Agency (DHA), DHA Facilities Enterprise (DHA-FE), NAVFAC Medical Facilities Program Office (MFPO), USACE Medical MILCON programs, Veterans Affairs (VA) healthcare facilities, military hospital replacement programs, healthcare activation/IO&T efforts, SEPS planning, or federal healthcare construction programs.
