At Enclos, we design, fabricate, and install some of the most complex and innovative building envelope systems in the country. We're looking for an organized, motivated early-career construction professional who is eager to learn, collaborate, and grow within the industry. As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll gain hands on exposure to every phase of project delivery while working alongside experienced project, engineering, and field teams on iconic facade and curtainwall projects.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Gain exposure to the construction industry, Enclos systems, and project operations while supporting project teams throughout the lifecycle of complex façade and curtainwall projects. This role assists with coordination between project management, engineering, vendors, and field teams to help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support project managers and field teams with day-to-day project coordination activities
  • Assist with tracking project schedules, documentation, submittals, RFIs, and closeout materials
  • Coordinate with vendors, fabrication teams, and field personnel to support material deliveries and project execution
  • Observe and monitor field installation progress, productivity, and quality control activities
  • Participate in project mock-ups, site visits, safety walks, and QA/QC processes
  • Maintain project logs, records, and documentation to support accurate reporting and communication
  • Develop an understanding of curtainwall systems, construction materials, fabrication, assembly, and installation processes
  • Assist with take-offs, procurement activities, and vendor communication as needed
  • Support field coordination efforts to ensure materials, equipment, and supplies are available on-site
  • Learn project financial and cost control processes including billings, rollouts, and change management
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and project stakeholders
  • Demonstrate strong organization, time management, and attention to detail while managing assigned tasks

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from four-year College or University, preferably in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field; and 1-3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software in addition to Primavera or other scheduling Software, E-Mail, and Internet.

Compensation
