Project Resources Group (PRG) is seeking an experienced Telecom Project Manager with a strong background in cable/telecommunications construction and outside plant (OSP) operations. The primary responsibility will be to ensure escalations are being handled efficiently.
Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of escalation tickets and maintain regular escalation site and CIN Tickets
  • Track project milestones, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Implement and uphold construction department standards, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide consistent updates to clients and leadership regarding project progress and any issues impacting timelines or relationships.

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in cable/telecommunications construction and project management.
  • Previous experience managing escalation tickets
  • Proven FTTx project management experience is required.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing contractors and multi-site construction projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed at the federal rate).
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
  • Prior supervisory or management experience required.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed based on project demands.
