Are you meticulous with superior organizational skills? As an Administrative Assistant, you'll support the Sales team at Uline's Kenosha facility, handling communications and special department projects for our growing North American company.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM.

Position Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Representative team by answering customer calls and emails, managing reports and identifying data trends.

  • Place orders and request quotes for customers and fulfill pricing requests from vendors.

  • Apply business knowledge and discretion when handling assignments and projects.

Minimum Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • 2+ years Office experience preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.

  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills.

  • Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
