Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Administrative Assistant to support our project teams. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has prior professional experience and is ready to take the next step. The Project Administrator will play a key role in ensuring smooth project operations, fostering collaboration among teams, and managing essential administrative tasks.
Microsoft & SharePoint Management:
  • Maintain and update project documentation in SharePoint and PLM.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) for reporting and communication.
Communication & Relationship Building:
  • Ability to communicate with experienced and seasoned professionals
  • Build strong working relationships across the project team to support collaboration.
Action Item Tracking:
  • Monitor and follow up on project action items to ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting notes and status updates.
Travel & Expense Coordination:
  • Book team travel arrangements in compliance with company policies.
  • Manage expense submissions and approvals through iExpense.
General Administrative Support:
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
  • Support project managers with ad hoc tasks as needed.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Qualifications
