Main Requirements:
  • Bring experience as a Project Manager or similar role
  • Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Act as a bridge between departments to streamline communication and workflows
  • Implement and optimize processes for maximum efficiency
  • Track project progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project execution
  • Assist in organizing company-wide initiatives, events, and process improvements
  • Maintain an organized, structured work environment for the team
  • Remove roadblocks and take on administrative tasks to support leadership and advisors
