What You Will Do:

We have an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our Tennessee Region This person will support the daily operations of the Tennessee offices sitting in-person out of either Chattanooga, Knoxville or Nashville.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data entry for proposals, projects, and change orders.
  • Provide administrative support to Project Managers, including scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Perform general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
  • Organize and facilitate weekly Department scheduling meetings.
  • Assist with Professional Engineer Licensure and Continuing Education Requirements.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure smooth daily operations.

Coordinate and place lunch orders for meetings and company events.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years prior experience as an office coordinator, admin assistant or relevant role
  • Prior project accounting experience a plus.
