Job description

Position: Sr. Project Manager, Multifamily Construction

Location: San Diego

Salary: $180,000 - $200,000 + bonus + excellent benefits

Position Summary

As our Sr. Project Manager you will support our regional lead of construction by maintaining the project schedule, proactively managing the project budget by owning approvals and deliveries, controlling expenses, and reviewing submitted data. You will be managing a brand new luxury multi-family project in San Diego. You will assist in reviewing development or redevelopment activities, oversee the day-to-day management of assigned construction activities, and manage third party vendors and multiple contractors. This position partners with the Project Executive and other team members to ensure the timely and safe completion of projects and delivery of high quality product.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience in construction.
  • 7+ years' experience in Multi-family Construction Project Management.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent is preferred, but not required
  • 7+ years of large, multi-family construction experience as a Superintendent.
  • Must be good with Procore and Bluebeam.
  • Must have a lot of buyout experience.
  • OSHA 30 (issued in the last 3 years)
  • Ability to communicate well in English both written and verbally.
  • Knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, construction procedures, and rough trade work.
