The Role You'll Play to Create Success
We are excited to announce a full-time Customer Service Representative position filled with many exciting opportunities! In this role, you will contribute to the mission of FrankCrum by delivering exceptional day-to-day service and administrative support for commercial insurance clients. The role supports Agency Leadership, Account Executives, and Account Managers by processing policy transactions, maintaining accurate client records, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring timely, accurate execution of service activities that contribute to client satisfaction and retention.
1. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to client inquiries regarding commercial insurance products, policies, and service requests.
2. Process policy transactions including endorsements, certificates of insurance, binders, policy changes, cancellations, contract reviews, and other servicing activities.
3. Assist with renewal preparation by gathering information, preparing documentation, and supporting the renewal process through policy binding.
4. Prequalify requests for insurance quotes by collecting required information and coordinating submissions with Account Executives, Account Managers and agency team.
5. Maintain accurate client records, policy documentation, and agency management system information to support efficient agency operations.
6. Provide administrative support to Account Executives, Account Managers and Agency Leadership by preparing correspondence, processing documentation, scheduling meetings, and coordinating client communications.
7. Collaborate with carriers, underwriters, and internal departments to obtain information, resolve service issues, and ensure timely completion of client requests.
8. Participate in client meetings, training, and professional development activities as requested.
9. Comply with agency policies, procedures, timekeeping requirements, and applicable regulatory standards while maintaining confidentiality of client information.
The Attributes We Seek
1. High school education or equivalent.
2. One (1) year of commercial insurance, customer service, or administrative support experience preferred.
3. Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License required.
4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.
