Job Description

Pay Rate: $25.00
Shift: B Shift - Rotating Shift Schedule - 6 AM to 6 PM 

ROLE PURPOSE:
Transfer Material between the Ohio Plastics Facilities. Pack bags for shipment to customers following established procedures. Load trucks for outbound shipments and complete all necessary paperwork in order to ship products to customers per their requirements. Accurately enter shipments into computer system to insure prompt invoicing of our customer orders. Perform light office functions as necessary to support the manufacturing/shipping process and plant goals.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
•    Transfer Raw and/or finished goods between the Ohio plastics facilities.

•    Work from production schedules and reports to meet customer demand and On Time Delivery.

•    Keep accurate and timely records to meet DOT requirements

•    Pack plastic bag products according to customers’ shipping specifications to satisfy customers’ shipping requirements

•    Prepare shipping labels, weigh, and wrap products to ship correctly to customers’ sites.

•    Load outbound freight following established procedures for quality and accuracy.

•    Put away and/or consolidate material into rack locations to maintain plant safety.

•    Perform other related duties as requested.

Qualifications

•    Current CDL B required
•    Must meet all DOT requirements 
•    Tow motor experience
•    Computer literate
•    Experience with SAP a plus
•    Must have a clean driving record
•    Basic math skills required
•    Follow 6S standards and Standard Work Practices
•    Demonstrate flexibility toward dynamic work environment
•    High school diploma or equivalent
•    Demonstrated good attendance in current role
