Job Description:

Leadinternaltestingof standardequipment(M3)making sure that everything works smoothlyto final internal acceptance,directingservice technicians' teamsandtesting procedures are being followedon.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Testing.Leadinternaltesting phase ofM3machinery at BW's plantsaccording to testing procedures.

Ensure that products delivered to customers meet the agreed specifications.

Coordinating work with all stakeholders to align goals and share progress.

ParticipateatMCR meetingtosupportthetesting phase

Generate/maintaintesting plans, as well as documenting all progress for project reporting.

Solutions analysis. Produceaccuratereports by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting them into standard formats.Interpret data andidentifyanswers. Involves navigating a wide variety of processes, procedures, and precedents and conducting rootcause analyses to address operational or system inefficiencies.

Continuous improvement. Systematically document improvement opportunities and collaborate with the Engineering team for validation into standards.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

Associates:TechnicalField

Minimum of8years of related experience

Demonstrated project completion experience and ownership

Continuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing Principles

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
