Job Description:

As a Project Manager with BW Converting, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple simultaneous projects from initial customer kickoff through assembly, testing, and final delivery, ensuring each project is completed on time and within budget. You will serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional collaboration, leading regular team meetings and maintaining active communication across purchasing, sales, and production teams, as well as directly with customers. You will also be responsible for managing key financial components of each project, including margin reviews and invoicing, while driving alignment across all internal teams and external stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple concurrent projects simultaneously, overseeing the full lifecycle from customer kickoff through assembly, testing, and final delivery.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
  • Host and facilitate regular team meetings, identifying escalations and ensuring alignment across all project stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, including coordinating on-site visits, shipping discussions, and ongoing project communications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with purchasing, sales, production, and testing teams to coordinate resources and drive project progress.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively to prevent delays and budget overruns throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct margin reviews and manage invoices to ensure projects remain financially on track.
  • Monitor and report project progress regularly, providing status updates to internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain alignment with project objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and a high standard of collaboration throughout each project.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality work.
