Job description

Direct Marketing Solutions is a multi-channel marketing company specializing in direct mail & digital marketing. To keep up with our growth, we are looking for experienced Wide Range Envelope Converter Operator to join our team!

Temperature Controlled Environment!

Position Summary:

The Envelope Converter Operator operates the W & D Envelope Converter for Direct Marketing Solutions (DMS), observing the progress of the jobs being run in accordance with operating instructions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Set up, operate, adjust, and repair Converter
  • Ensure necessary tools and supplies are available before operation begins
  • Verify work ticket and completes quality control sheets to ensure a quality and correct envelope
  • Packs converted envelope tight & securely
  • Monitor the Converter on a continuous basis to ensure consistent operation and quality of product
  • Performs maintenance for the W & D Converter in accordance with the preventive maintenance program
  • Cleans the workstation and keeps supplies replenished

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience
  • One to two years' relevant experience
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Suite
  • Willingness to work outside of regular business hours
  • Basic Math Skills

Schedule:

  • 1st Shift: 06:30am to 2:30pm (Monday through Friday)
  • 2nd Shift: 02:30pm to 10:30pm (Monday through Friday)
