We are seeking a Director of Sales for our rapidly growing Casework and Millwork division located in Oakdale, PA.
What you will do:
  • Create and implement nationwide sales plans designed to increase revenue and grow market presence
  • Prospect, develop, and cultivate new client relationships across priority regions, including the Midwest, West, and other targeted markets
  • Drive new business development efforts, converting prospects into long-term strategic customers
  • Maintain a robust and well-managed sales pipeline, including regular forecasting and opportunity tracking
  • Act as the lead relationship manager for key accounts and strategic clients
  • Partner closely with estimating and operations teams to align scope definition, pricing, and project execution
  • Effectively communicate and promote Craftworks' interior finishes expertise, including metals, solid surfaces, and specialty solutions
  • Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to support broader growth initiatives
  • Support the long-term expansion of the sales organization, including processes, tools, and team development
  • Ensure consistent use of CRM systems, maintaining accurate data, reporting, and sales discipline
  • Perform additional responsibilities as required to support company objectives

What you will need to be successful:
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in sales and business development within construction, architectural products, interior finishes, or a related sector
  • Strong preference for candidates with architectural millwork, casework, or commercial interior finishes background
  • Proven history of opening new markets, establishing relationships, and converting opportunities into sustained accounts
  • Demonstrated experience selling into commercial construction environments, including general contractors, developers, architects, designers, and end users
  • Excellent pipeline management skills, with the ability to forecast reliably and maintain CRM accuracy
  • Solid understanding of construction project lifecycles, estimating methodologies, and procurement processes
  • Ability to balance strategic initiatives (market expansion, account planning) with hands-on selling and deal execution
  • Track record of effective collaboration with estimating, operations, and project teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across multiple organizational levels
