Job description

This position calls for a highly organized individual to manage the OCEE administrative functions to include the development and implementation of management and operational strategies; strategic planning initiatives; and monitoring and tracking of systems for continuous quality improvement processes based on outlined measurable outcomes.
Management/use of the school's software systems, MedHub, ExamSoft, and Simple Syllabus; and the Blackboard, learning management system (LMS) for data collection and generation of reporting mechanisms. The primary functions of these system include:
  • Course and clerkship evaluations across all phases of the medical school program, including curricular content and educators
  • Monitoring and tracking of required procedures, diagnosis, and time tracking during the clinical phase
  • Curriculum Mapping

Prepare resources needed to implement evaluations, interpret quantitative and qualitative evaluation data, ensuring compliance and creation of appropriate reports.
Manage administrative and daily operations, personnel, and financial management of the OCEE.
  • Oversee the supervision of personnel, which include work allocation, training, performance evaluation, problem resolution and motivation for the achievement of peak productivity and performance.
  • Ensure the robust and timely planning for executing the delivery of projects. Develop and implement systems and processes to establish and maintain records for the operating unit
  • Ensure the collection, compilation, and analysis of program activity data; develop comprehensive program reports
  • Oversee the evaluation process and compliance for the pre-clerkship/clerkship components of the medical education program.
  • Assist SADean with the development of the annual operating budget and fiscal direction; manage contracts, monitor budget expenditures; prepare budget revisions; provide interim status reports on all accounts; oversee and/or assist with proposal writing to develop additional funding; perform other related duties as assigned.
