This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace.

The Clinical Program Manager is responsible for assisting sales team to create sales plans, marketing strategies, renewal strategies, for group accounts with regard to clinical offerings.

How you will make an impact:

  • Makes formal presentations to prospective clients and existing clients, analyzing utilization data and presenting reports and recommended changes.
  • Supports customers acting as a consistent advisor for clinical program performance and recommendations.
  • Meets with key customers as frequently as monthly to review clinical data, costs and ROI.
  • Partners with account management and analytics to prepare insightful reporting that guides clients in making appropriate decisions based on their data.
  • Evaluates account utilization data to identify areas to target or where the client has an opportunity for new programming/options to deliver saving and improved employee health.
  • Prepares responses to RFPs and a variety of analytical reports for accounts in support of the program.
  • Develops relationships with consultants and/or brokers and provides updates on Elevance Health's clinical programs and services.
  • Advises Elevance Health Sales and Account Management on clinical programs and services related to delivering value for customers and provides formal training where needed.
  • Stays current on the latest trends in care management for Elevance Health, our competitors and within healthcare overall

Minimum Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Experiences, Capabilities and Skills:

  • RN license and/or other clinical credentials preferred.
  • Business/consulting background preferred.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills along with strong planning, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.

For candidates working in person or virtually in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $96,876 to $151,632

Location: New York, New Jersey
