  • Organization of events, meetings, and workshops.
  • Coordinate any logistical issues.
  • Purchase supplies, maintain accurate records, gather information, entering and verifying data, filing and sorting correspondence, answering phone (receive and screen incoming calls, answering questions or route to appropriate staff), and scheduling appointments.
  • Edit drafts, documents, reports, memos, forms, and correspondences.
  • Type materials, Filing and logging all correspondences in and out of the office.
  • Coordination of staff and students' events, activities, and conferences.
  • Interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to solve practical problems.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective students.
  • Strong organizational, Interpersonal, time management and communication skills.
  • Effective Communication and interaction with students and professionals.
  • Enhanced abilities in critical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, spreadsheets, word-processing, databases, and the Internet.
