Serving as a trusted industry expert, you will combine long-term vision with hands-on leadership to maximize portfolio performance across the Prairies region, strengthening crucial broker relationships and shaping regional business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Management: Develop and execute regional business strategies using data-driven portfolio insights to boost market share and profitability. Team Development & Culture: Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing underwriting team, fostering an environment rooted in accountability, continuous learning, and teamwork.
