In addition, the Program Coordinator contributes to the recruitment, training, and supervision of seasonal staff, manages program logistics such as scheduling and resources, and monitors program quality through regular evaluation and feedback.This position requires a high degree of flexibility, including availability for on call duties and the potential for evening and weekend work. What You'll Do: Bring Programs to Life - Plan, coordinate, and deliver engaging programs and events that create fun, inclusive, and meaningful experiences for participants of all abilities. Lead & Inspire - Assist with recruitment, and take the lead in training, supervising, and mentoring seasonal staff, helping them grow while ensuring our programs shine. Keep It Running Smoothly - Manage schedules, resources, and logistics so every program runs on time and on point. Safety & Inclusion - Ensure a safe, welcoming environment by upholding risk management practices and organizational policies. Program Evaluation - Collect feedback, track outcomes, and share insights that help us continually improve and innovate. Relationship Building - Build strong relationships with participants, families, and community partners to ensure everyone feels like they truly belong. Specifically, you have: Experience & Knowledge: At least 3 years in program coordination or a related role, ideally working with people with disabilities. You can juggle multiple tasks, adapt to change, and handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
