The Delivery Services Team is seeking a Director – Program Director, a senior leader with deep program management and project management experience, responsible for setting the strategic direction, owning delivery, and ensuring successful outcomes aligned to client expectations and enterprise transformation goals, ideally within Financial Services or ERP delivery environments.


What you will do
  • Own full accountability for the strategic direction and end-to-end delivery of large, complex programs
  • Provide executive-level leadership across multiple projects or large-scale transformation initiatives, bringing strong program management and project manager capabilities
  • Act as the primary point of accountability to client Executive Sponsors and KPMG Partners for program success
  • Define and drive program strategy, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and operating models
  • Lead senior stakeholder engagement, influencing executives and sponsors to maintain alignment and momentum
  • Establish and oversee robust governance frameworks across all workstreams
  • Drive integrated planning, ensuring alignment across scope, timelines, resources, and dependencies
  • Lead enterprise-level risk management, proactively resolving complex program risks and issues
  • Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and overall program profitability
  • Lead and mentor senior managers and managers, fostering a high-performing, collaborative delivery culture

What you bring to the role
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
  • 12–15+ years of experience in program management, project management, and transformation delivery, including leadership of large-scale, complex initiatives
  • Proven track record of owning and delivering enterprise-level programs and projects end-to-end, in Financial Services or ERP delivery environments
  • Strong expertise in governance, risk management, and program recovery strategies
  • Advanced financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and commercial oversight
  • Exceptional executive stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams in a consulting environment
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities in complex stakeholder settings
  • Experience in consulting or professional services environments strongly preferred
  • Proven leadership in AI-enabled delivery, including designing and implementing AI-driven, data-led delivery models and transformation strategies
