Re-posted 22 days ago

Key responsibilities

  • Own the campaign lifecycle for CTV/OTT, OLV, and Display activations with premium US publishers and platforms.

  • Manage direct/IO deals end to end, including negotiations, insertion orders, campaign setup, delivery monitoring, optimization, and reporting.

  • Negotiate PMP and PG deals with publishers and SSPs, and activate them through DSPs such as The Trade Desk and Amazon DSP.

Job description

At DCMN, we are pioneers of Brandformanceยฎ marketing - blending creative brand-building with performance-driven video advertising to deliver measurable growth across channels like CTV, TV, online video, and social. With over 14 years of experience, headquartered in Berlin, Germany and operating globally, we empower digital-first brands and startups worldwide to break through the noise and dominate their markets with data-driven strategies.
Join us as a (Senior) Digital Marketing Manager and be the one who drives cutting-edge CTV/OTT campaigns for a major US client, manages direct partnerships with premium publishers, and shapes the future of performance marketing. If you are passionate about growth, collaboration, and continuous learning, this is where your expertise will thrive and make a real difference.
Proven hands-on experience across direct, IO, and programmatic channels is essential!
Please note: This role is open to candidates based in the U.S. East Coast time zone (or nearby areas with similar working hours). We prioritize applicants who can maintain close collaboration with our Berlin-based teams, ensuring smooth communication, efficient teamwork, and strong alignment across time zones.
You will be working in:
English. Any additional language is a bonus.
How you will make an impact:
  • You'll own the campaign lifecycle for CTV/OTT, OLV and Display activations with premium US publishers and platforms such as Fox/Tubi, Disney+/Hulu, Paramount/Pluto, Amazon Prime Video, Samsung and LG.
  • Manage direct/IO deals end to end: publisher negotiations, insertion orders, campaign set-up, delivery monitoring, optimization and reporting.
  • Negotiate PMP and PG deals with publishers and SSPs, and activate them through DSPs such as The Trade Desk and Amazon DSP
  • Together with internal teams like Growth and Media Buying, you'll develop strategies, media plans and forecasts, with a strong focus on peak season planning and pacing.
  • Communicate and present confidently to clients: strategies, report data and recommendations.
  • You'll work together in a team of other Digital Marketing Managers, collaborating towards the success of the campaign and sharing knowledge.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by testing new tools, publishers and partners in the US CTV landscape.

Skills you need to be successful:
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, at an agency, DSP/ad tech platform, publisher or digital-first brand/start-up.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with direct/IO buying in the US market, including negotiating and managing publisher deals, and solid knowledge of IO, PG and PMP buying methods.
  • Strong experience with CTV/OTT campaigns and the main US players: how to buy, KPIs, different ad formats, benchmarks, and reporting.
  • Experience with Display placements in the CTV environment (e.g. homescreen ads, pause ads, rotator ads) is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with performance CTV platforms, and hands-on experience with at least one major DSP (The Trade Desk, DV360 or Amazon DSP).
  • Extensive experience in media planning and executing campaigns first-hand across multiple channels, including high-volume peak season campaigns.
  • Data driven with analytical skills, confident with Excel and visualization tools like Google Data Studio .
  • Ability to work independently, taking ownership of campaigns and deliverables with minimal supervision, while proactively troubleshooting issues and driving solutions.
  • Strong client facing and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of attribution and tracking methods in the CTV/OTT space, including campaign measurement tools and their limitations.

What we offer:
  • Enjoy our flexible working hours & remote-first setup for this US based role, with close collaboration with our international teams.
  • We offer unlimited vacation days: reset, pursue your interests and spend quality time with your loved ones.
  • We provide you with equipment to work from wherever you prefer, which is available for personal use too.
  • We organize team & company events and bring everyone together to celebrate successes.
  • Full health, dental, and vision insurance coverage, plus retirement savings support through a 401(k) match.

Don't worry if you don't meet every single requirement. We believe potential and passion matter just as much. Think of the rest as opportunities to learn and grow with us!
