We are looking for an Assistant Programmatic Buyer to join our dynamic media department at Moontide, a Mindgruve company. The ideal candidate is responsible for day-to-day execution of programmatic campaigns, including set-up, testing, campaign optimization and analysis. This person will be a data-driven, highly organized digital expert with a proven track record of managing high performance digital marketing campaigns across different channels and objectives. You will also be confident in communicating with multiple internal stakeholders and external clients. This is a hybrid role based in Los Angeles (with in-office presence required three days per week).
What You'll Do Here:
  • Launch, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns across platforms such as The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon Ads, and other leading demand-side platforms.
  • Within media buys, you will be building 1st & 3rd party audience targets, curating inventory targeting, pulling and analyzing campaign reporting to inform performance, and thinking creatively to optimize media buys according to client goals.
  • Collaborate on strategic and tactical programmatic initiatives that drive, engage, and convert qualified traffic
  • Collaborate on day-to-day campaign management and strategy across various internal and external client efforts
  • Perform daily campaign activities including budget management and pacing, forecasting, performance monitoring and optimization.
  • Participate in agency relationships and meetings to benefit campaign performance.
  • Proactively communicate recommendations, needs, and expectations to internal account managers
  • Create campaign wrap-up reports, including insights and recommendations for future campaigns
  • Stay on top of evolving programmatic trends, DSP innovations, compliance policies, and performance best practices.
We Need a Person With:
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, 1+ year DSP experience required
  • Strong learner with ability to explore and retain new ideas and concepts thoroughly
  • Strength in interpreting data, deriving insights, and transforming insights into action
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously
  • Self-driven with excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Experience with the principles of media planning and buying
  • Strong understanding of digital media metrics

Compensation:
Compensation: $30 per hour (Pay range is based on a market reference point and potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, experience and geographic location of the individual candidate. The compensation range reflects base rate only.)
Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
