INNOCEAN USA, a full-service advertising agency, is looking for a Freelance Associate Media Director to join our General Accounts team! We don't just look for fresh talent, we look for fresh thinkers.

The Freelance Associate Media Director for General Accounts (TaylorMade, Uneekor, Hankook, New Business) is responsible for addressing client business objectives through thoughtful integrated media strategies and plans as part of a collaborative team. This candidate needs to have a deep understanding of both digital and traditional channels from a strategy, planning, execution, and measurement standpoint. 

The Freelance Associate Media Director will work closely with several groups including the clients, creative agency, internal account and media teams, as well as media partners. This is a hybrid role, in-office 3 days per week.

We are looking for a media leader that likes to get involved and roll up their sleeves and is the “Go To” person that provides expertise and guidance to our clients and internally at INNOCEAN. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES  
•    Steward disciplined media agency practice for cross-channel integration (online & offline) throughout developmental, planning & execution stages 
•    Demonstrated team leadership and management skills 
•    Development and execution, alongside the team, of cross-channel media strategies across Linear, Audio, Print, Programmatic (Display, Video, OTT, Audio), Paid Search, and Paid Social, inclusive of media mix, budget allocation, audience architecture, creative strategy, KPI development and measurement frameworks 
•    Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills 
•    Effective time management and project management skills

REQUIREMENTS 
•    B.S./B.A. required - preferably in Marketing/Communications 
•    6-8yrs years of progressive levels of responsibility in media planning, buying and management 
•    Previous Digital and Traditional Media Planning experience is required 

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
•    Demonstrated strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities 
•    Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks and consistently meet deadlines 
•    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
•    Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team 
•    Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills 
•    Proficiency with Microsoft Desktop programs, including excel, PowerPoint & Word

Salary range: $110,000 to $139,000 annual equivalent  
Pay is dependent upon several factors including but not limited to: years of experience, client, training, and transferable skills.
