Job Description
The Supervisor, Programmatic leads and manages programmatic buying strategies, drivesย innovationย andย optimizesย client campaigns. The Supervisor provides senior-levelย expertiseย while promoting team growth, building industry partnerships, and delivering solutions across accounts.ย ย
You will have prior online trafficking and campaign management experience, and prior experience with bid management platforms.ย ย Collaboration across all agency teams (Business Intelligence, Search, Media Strategy, Ad Operations, and Creative) isย required.ย
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations. You will report to the Associate Director, Programmatic.ย
Responsibilities
Provide senior-level programmaticย expertiseย to internal and external teams (clients, Business Intelligence, Media, agency partners, etc.).ย ย
Qualifications
Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns, creative assets, insertion orders, and timelines with precision.ย
People management experience, or experience in mentoring junior team members, guiding them on best practices, campaign optimization, and industry standards.ย

Compensation Range: $75,050.00 - $107,835.00. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
