Job Description We are seeking a Programmatic Coordinator to join our team supporting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in programmatic operations, creative trafficking, and ad serving/DSP workflows and a proven ability to coordinate high-volume campaign execution and produce clear, actionable reporting. Responsibilities: Lead creative trafficking across programmatic campaigns, including asset QA, taxonomy/filename governance, tag and creative implementation, and troubleshooting delivery issues. Coordinate campaign setup and execution with activation teams and partners to ensure accurate launches and on-time delivery. Own campaign reporting by pulling, aggregating, and distributing performance data; build recurring and ad hoc reports. Monitor live campaigns to flag pacing, delivery, or discrepancy issues and drive resolution with internal and external teams. Maintain trafficking sheets, documentation, file repositories, and reporting templates for consistency and auditability. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in programmatic, ad operations, digital media, or a related field. Working knowledge of DSPs such as The Trade Desk and DV360, and understanding of the programmatic ecosystem. Familiarity with creative trafficking and ad serving, including Campaign Manager 360, tags, and pixels. Proficiency in Excel and reporting; ability to translate data into concise summaries. Strong organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across internal and external teams. Preferred Skills: Experience with streaming/CTV or media/entertainment environments.
