Job Summary

RPA is seeking a Programmatic Coordinator to join the Platform Management and Investment Team. You will be supporting our clients American Honda Motors. This position supports day-to-day digital media management and reporting for AHM. Primary responsibilities involve supporting the team with programmatic campaign set-up and optimization. This job will be a fantastic fit for someone interested in digital media as the candidate will work closely Google products (DV360/CM360) among others. Secondary responsibilities include assisting in the development of client campaign reporting and managing invoices and billing. Role will involve training and use of various platforms, measurement and analysis tool sets. Familiarity and experience with digital marketing strategies and general understanding of internet technology preferred. Comfort with math required and familiarity with statistics strongly preferred. This is an entry level position.

This role follows RPA's hybrid work policy and is based out of our Santa Monica office. Associates are expected to work in person at the Santa Monica office three days per week, with the remaining days worked remotely, unless otherwise directed by business needs, team expectations, or agency policy.

How You'll Excel In Your Role 

  • Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Digital marketing experience preferred
  • Familiarity and experience with digital marketing strategies
  • Comfortability with math and working with numbers
  • Familiarity with Google products (DV360, CM360) is strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work within a team environment, strong communication skills (both verbal and written), and a naturally curious mindset
