Overview

The SVP of Precision will primarily be focused on serving as an integrated investment lead for one of Infinite Roar's largest clients, but will also be tasked to serve as the programmatic capability and department lead for Infinite Roar.  This is a unique opportunity to drive impact with individual clients while scaling the programmatic discipline and driving operations, activation, and innovation of programmatic media.  This role requires a thorough understanding of all major programmatic platform capabilities and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. The SVP, Precision will love to solve challenges, collaborate across agency teams, and have a strong POV with the ability to proactively identify needs and build solutions.  The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of all biddable platforms and can flex across social, search, and commerce/retail media.

The SVP will have an understanding of identity, and its role in the future of omnichannel activation, with extensive experience leveraging, 3p data, RTB data and custom bid algorithms within programmatic activation to achieve stronger results for campaigns. 

The SVP is responsible for cross-office connectivity regarding everything from process, scope, staffing, financials, client support, and growing the capability.  The SVP will understand the breadth of activity across Infinite Roar and connect with teams to continuously reimagine media and help transform the holistic agency by ensuring programmatic expertise is informing each respective capability.

The SVP will be ready and willing to jump into new business opportunities while successfully ensuring normal business operations are met by their teams.  Growth, industry leadership, and team management/development are at the core of this role.   

Responsibilities
  • Account and Capability Expertise            
    • Expert level understanding of holistic business challenges the role of media and how programmatic can impact the business
    • Ensure a well-rounded understanding of any and all relevant subject matter and serve as a go to resource for client's questions
    • General knowledge of all biddable platforms and ability to flex across social, search, and retail media
    • Ability to represent holistic investment strategy across channels
    • Executive level communication skills, including proven experience presenting to level communication skills, including proven experience presenting to Csuitesuite audiences.
  • Business Oversight        
    • Overarching profitability across Infinite Roar accounts
    • Escalation point for all teams on internal and external matters while holding the programmatic team accountable for our role in successes and failures
    • Assist in solving for advanced account/capability/agency problems across teams
    • Accurate financial forecasting that can be leveraged for commercial term negotiating with trusted partners
    • Full comprehension of the laws and industry policies that govern our space which dictate when/where/how we may be putting the agency or client at risk
  • Partnership       
    • Contributes to the formation and evolution of cross functional teams within Infinite Roar and across the Groupe
    • P&L management in partnership with all account leads
    • Ensures connectivity between accounts
    • Proactively provides insights and capability POVs to ELT
    • Bridge the gap for senior clients on the complexities of Programmatic and how it is impacting their business, being an always on trusted point of contact for them
    • Navigate the Publicis network for opportunities and contributes to Groupe models

    • Ability to think on your feet and adapt responses to each situation and audience
    • Development of annual programmatic business/operational plans and work streams
Qualifications
  • 10-15+ years in digital media or account planning, with special emphasis on planning and creating insights
  • 5+ years with increasing responsibility within an agency or media company
  • 5+ years of managing a large team including remote team members
  • Expert knowledge of external media marketplace
  • Programmatic Marketing subject matter expertise with a history of scaling teams
  • In-depth understanding of digital advertising landscape from either media planning and/or sales planner perspective
  • High competency level in MS Office products; demonstrated advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Project Management: proven ability to manage detail work and communicate project status effectively to all levels
  • Proven experience leading people (mentoring and developing) and projects

Compensation Range: $180,215.00-$250,905.00 USD annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
