Key expertise areas

Programmatic Ads (Display, OLV, YouTube). A experienced Senior Programmatic Specialist to lead and optimize Programmatic Media Buying for several key markets within the Ayvens organization. Deep knowledge of Display, Online Video & YouTube advertising. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on campaign management to drive performance across the funnel. Large-scale media planning and buying, strong analytical skills, and experience leading optimization initiatives across multiple systems (Google Ads & CM360 + DV360, Studio)

Example of an activity:

  • Plan, execute & manage Display Media Campaigns in the Programmatic Environment

  • Lead full-funnel programmatic campaign execution across Display, YouTube, DV360 and Google Ads.

  • Plan, build, and optimize campaigns aligned with performance KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, CPL and CPA.

  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert for Google Display & Video 360 (DV360) and YouTube ad buying, advising on best practices and new features.

  • Oversee daily performance monitoring and in-platform optimizations including audience segmentation, bidding strategies, creative A/B testing, and budget allocation.

  • Develop and present strategic media plans, post-campaign analysis, and actionable insights to internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Collaborate closely with Campaign Coordinators, Social Media team, designers and Paid Search to deliver operational excellence for our Countries

  • Collaborate with analytics and data teams to define attribution models and ensure accurate performance tracking (Floodlight, GA4, pixel management, etc.).

  • Work closely with creative and content teams to ensure assets are tailored for each platform and placement.

  • Stay ahead of trends in ad tech, programmatic innovations, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and platform updates.

  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of scalable programmatic processes.

  • Must be able to report metrics related to country growth and new business and provide visibility and analysis of results to country stakeholders.

Work closely together with the rest of the paid media specialists, campaign managers and the local marketing teams.

Key external collaboration partner

Media platform account managers.

Qualification and competencies

Required level of education and technical abilities

  • Good organizational and time-management skills

  • Data driven mentality

  • Strong experience in automation, standardization and scalability of programmatic ads

  • Experience with the Agile work method

  • A BSc degree in Marketing, Communication or relevant field.

Required work experience

  • 4-6+ years of hands-on experience managing programmatic campaigns, with a focus on DV360, YouTube Ads, Display, and Paid Social platforms.

  • Proficiency in managing moderate to large display campaigns (B2B and B2C), understand different user journeys along the funnel.

  • Experience setting up dynamic remarketing and prospecting campaigns via Studio and Campaign Manager 360.

  • Proficiency in platforms such as DV360, Google Ads, Campaign Manager 360, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, Channable, Doubleclick Studio

  • Deep understanding of audience targeting, real-time bidding (RTB), and inventory management.

  • Strong analytical mindset and experience working with tools like Google Analytics and PowerBI.

  • Solid understanding of attribution models, viewability standards, and brand safety solutions.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical performance metrics into business insights.

  • Proven record of successful integrated Display and video campaigns, including performance campaigns and brand awareness.

Language requirements

  • English (fluent, verbally and written)

  • Additional European language is a plus
