THEY SUPERCISE TEACHING STAFF, MANAGE THE CENTER'S BUDGET, ENSURE STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH STATE LICENSING AND SAFETY REGULATIONS, DEVELOP EDUCATIONAL CURRICULA, AND ACT AS THE PRIMARY LIASON BETWEEN PARENTS, CHILDREN, AND THE COMMUNITY
