The (USA) Manager, Program Management leads the coordination and execution of complex programs by fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams. This role drives accountability, monitors progress, and ensures alignment with business objectives while identifying improvement opportunities. The manager provides supervision and development for associates, promotes ethical standards, and supports company values. By analyzing performance data and managing critical issues, this position delivers strategic solutions and continuous enhancements to meet organizational goals and customer needs effectively.

What you'll do:
  • Coordinate and oversee program activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to support business needs and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement program plans, monitor milestones, and ensure timely delivery of high-level deliverables.
  • Analyze program performance using key performance indicators and trend data to identify improvement opportunities and recommend process enhancements.
  • Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates, fostering accountability and a positive workplace culture.
  • Communicate program status and performance reports to senior leadership, managing expectations and escalating critical issues as needed.
  • Promote compliance with company policies, ethics, and integrity while supporting continuous learning and adaptability.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
