Arthritis Knee Pain Centers is looking to bring a dedicated medical office manager onto our team!
As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining an efficient, effective, energetic and enthusiastic practice environment . You will gain and maintain the knowledge necessary to support each role in the practice. The target is to ensure a positive patient and staff experience, with accuracy, consistency, and compassion.
Responsibilities
  • Greet patients
  • Ensure staff is well equipped
  • Keep an open line of communication with patients and staff
  • Monitor and control patient wait times.
  • Lead morning meetings
  • Address patient concerns
  • Review patient charts
  • Ensure practice administrative duties are completed promptly
  • Maintain discretion regarding patient health information
  • Maintain weekly reconciliations and deposits
  • Work with patients to resolve any outstanding payment issues
  • Attend recurring and ongoing training calls
  • Monitor inventory counts and place orders
