Job description

One Tech Engineering is searching for a Program Manager for a position located in Denver, Colorado, or Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Program Manager will support Demand Side Management (DSM) programs for Commercial & Industrial (C&I) customers by managing the end-to-end lifecycle of assigned DSM products.


The candidate must be a US citizen or hold a green card. The candidate should have 3–5 years of program or product management experience.

Program Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of assigned Demand Side Management (DSM) programs, such as lighting and energy efficiency products.
  • Develop and maintain program forecasts and budgets to meet goals.
  • Administer program rules and regulatory requirements in compliance with filings and approved documentation.
  • Coordinate with trade partners, vendors, and internal sales teams to drive program participation and project success.
  • Track and advance customer projects through Salesforce.
  • Support preparation of regulatory filings, reports, and occasional testimony, including state-specific filings.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer, trade partner, vendor, and internal stakeholder inquiries.

Requirements of the Program Manager:

  • 3–5 years of program or product management experience.
  • Experience in utility or other regulated industries is preferred.
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Experience using Salesforce.
  • Strong stakeholder and customer relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • PMP certification preferred.
