ProSync is seeking a passionate Program/Project Manager II to oversee day-to-day project execution supporting a U.S. Navy customer, managing schedules, deliverables, and team coordination.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads program management activities for a U.S. Navy customer, supporting program deliverables, project schedules, milestones, documentation, compliance, and communication.
Performs one or a combination of such typical duties as:
  • Manage project schedules, milestones, and communications.
  • Ensure deliverables meet requirements and deadlines.
  • Coordinate with Navy and contractor staff.
  • Support risk management and performance tracking.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of project/program management experience.
  • Experience leading teams in a DoD or Navy environment.
  • A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • A Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
