Senior Manager - ServiceNow Program Suite

Crowe is seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our growing ServiceNow Cloud Solutions practice. As a Senior Manager, you will lead enterprise ServiceNow Program Suite implementations while driving business development, executive client relationships, and practice growth. This role is ideal for a consulting leader who combines broad ServiceNow platform expertise with strong delivery leadership and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise ServiceNow Program Suite implementations from strategy through deployment, ensuring successful delivery, financial performance, and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive client stakeholders, helping define ServiceNow roadmaps and digital transformation strategies.
  • Oversee multiple client engagements, providing leadership to Managers, Senior Consultants, Solution Architects, Developers, and project teams.
  • Lead business development activities including executive presentations, solution demonstrations, proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and sales pursuits.
  • Build and expand executive client relationships while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business.
  • Mentor and develop consulting team members, supporting recruiting, coaching, performance management, and career growth.
  • Drive practice development through delivery methodologies, implementation accelerators, thought leadership, and collaboration with ServiceNow and alliance partners.
  • Partner with practice leadership on staffing, utilization, forecasting, project financials, and overall practice performance.

Basic Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional consulting or technology implementation experience.
  • 7+ years leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations and consulting engagements.
  • Broad ServiceNow platform experience with deep expertise in one or more solution areas, including IRM/GRC, SecOps, ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CSM, HRSD, App Engine, or related ServiceNow products.
  • Proven success leading multiple complex implementations while managing project financials, delivery quality, and executive client relationships.
  • Experience driving business development through proposals, demonstrations, executive presentations, and account expansion.
  • Experience leading and developing consulting teams.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of enterprise ServiceNow architecture and platform strategy.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience collaborating with ServiceNow account teams and alliance partners.
  • Demonstrated success growing consulting practices and expanding client relationships.

Preferred Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • One or more ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
  • Certified Application Developer (CAD)
  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent advanced ServiceNow certifications are a plus
