They are seeking a Program Manager with extensive experience in managing AI, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics programs, responsible for leading large-scale enterprise initiatives and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage large-scale enterprise programs involving AI, automation, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end program execution across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and risk controls.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Data Science, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Business stakeholders.
• Establish governance frameworks, operating cadences, reporting mechanisms, and executive reviews.
• Identify program risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies proactively.
• Partner with AI/ML, Data Science, and Technology teams to manage delivery of AI-enabled solutions and strategic innovation programs.
• Translate complex AI concepts into business-friendly communications and actionable program plans.
• Track AI program KPIs, adoption metrics, business outcomes, and implementation milestones.
• Support AI transformation initiatives, pilot launches, automation opportunities, and enterprise adoption strategies.
• Apply Agile, Scrum, and hybrid project management methodologies to deliver initiatives effectively.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog management, stand-ups, retrospectives, and release planning activities.
• Ensure teams maintain delivery discipline, velocity tracking, and continuous improvement practices.
• Drive prioritization discussions and alignment across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Create high-impact executive presentations, strategic decks, business reviews, and leadership communications.
• Develop concise, visually compelling PowerPoint presentations tailored for senior leadership and executive forums.
• Present program updates, business insights, risks, and recommendations to leadership stakeholders.
