Overview

We are seeking a results‑driven Program Manager to lead and deliver complex industrial programs from initiation through execution. This role is responsible for driving program performance across scope, schedule, resources, and budget, while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, financial acumen, and program execution experience, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams and adapt in a dynamic, global environment. This role also requires significant travel (up to 50%), both domestic and international.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end‑to‑end program lifecycle, from planning through execution and delivery
  • Develop and manage the Program Management Plan in collaboration with program sponsors and stakeholders
  • Ensure delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets
  • Establish and enforce change control processes across all program dimensions
  • Manage and allocate resources, working with functional leaders to secure required skillsets
  • Identify, assess, and proactively manage program risks and issues; implement corrective actions
  • Drive timely resolution of issues and escalate when needed
  • Monitor program performance and provide regular status reporting to leadership
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams across potentially global or distributed environments
  • Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, including leadership and project teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred; Master’s is a plus)
  • At least 3 years of program management experience (as lead or key contributor)
