PROGRAM COORDINATOR (PC)

Position Summary
SimplyLove Care, Inc. is seeking a
Program Coordinator (PC) to provide leadership and oversight for residential services supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
This is a
leadership role responsible for supervising managers, ensuring person-centered services are delivered in alignment with PCSP/ISP goals, and maintaining compliance with state and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate is a
mission-driven leader with experience in IDD services who can strengthen systems, support staff development, and ensure high-quality outcomes for the individuals we support.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Supervision
Supervise and coach Residential Services Managers and House Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Program Oversight & Compliance
Ensure services are delivered in accordance with PCSP/ISP goals, Medicaid waiver requirements, and state regulations.
- Person-Centered Plan Implementation
Monitor and support staff in implementing person-centered plans within daily routines and documentation.
- Quality Monitoring & Performance Improvement
Identify gaps in service delivery, documentation, and compliance; implement corrective actions and staff training.
- Collaboration & Coordination
Collaborate with families, Support Coordinators, clinicians, and internal teams to ensure coordinated, person-centered supports.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support program operations, compliance, and the mission of SimplyLove Care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IDD/DD services
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of Medicaid waiver services and regulatory requirements
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Schedule
Primarily weekday leadership role with on-call responsibilities, including
24-hour weekday on-call coverage. Occasional weekend coverage may be required as needed to support staffing or operational needs.
Compensation
Salary Range: $48,000 - $55,000 annually (based on experience)
