Establishes scope and milestones for each aspect of a security program, aligning to broader program plans, Oracle security strategies, and business goals. Manages security programs and complex, cross-organizational initiatives impacting products, services, operations, and business outcomes. Manages highly complex security issues, bottlenecks, dependencies, and risks, escalating when appropriate. Leads security program improvement initiatives, implementing best practices and AI-enabled capabilities to improve operational execution, visibility, reporting, forecasting, and risk management. Facilitates collaboration across multiple teams, driving security discussions that align priorities and program goals. Provides security expertise, technical direction, and mentorship to cross-functional teams. Creates and automates reporting, partnering with engineering teams to improve dashboards, metrics, forecasts, and models that support execution of cybersecurity programs. Acts as a security liaison across stakeholder teams, driving effective collaboration to support Oracle security commitments and customer trust.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $209,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
