Job Description

Position: Program Manager 

Location: Redmond WA.

Duration: Contract.

Job description:

Monitor dashboard for capacity
- Respond to incidents
- Perform approved operations in Azure production environment to take proactive actions
- Monitor configurations for drift and follow-up with appropriate teams to take actions
- Setup meetings with customers to follow-through on technical aspects of usage
- Create and provide weekly reporting on capacity using existing dashboard
- Create and modify PowerBI dashboards to track activities
- Must be adept in PowerShell or FCShell
- Ability to pull data from Cosmos using queries
- Good skills in excel and PowerBI

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience with Cosmos and pulling data
  • 2-3+ years of experience in reporting
  • PowerShell scripting experience
  • --2-5+ years of Reporting experience. Will need to have experience/capability to pull and write PowerShell scripts from system. Needs to have Excel (Pivot tables and using formulas) experience. Capability to perform PowerBI would be nice to have.

Disqualifiers:

If candidate doesn't have reporting experience, Cosmos experience and pulling data, as well as, PowerShell experience, they will not be the right fit for this role.

Best Candidate:

Previous MS experience would be ideal to deal with approvals, etc. Candidate who has 2-3+ years of reporting experience with Cosmos, Excel and PowerShell experience.

Average Candidate: Less than 2 years of reporting experience with reporting, Cosmos, Excel and PowerShell.

Key Performance Measurements: Being able to deliver items on time, able to bring up issues as they come up rather than sponsor having to follow up on issues.
