Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Program Manager with a minimum of 3–5 years of

experience in program or project management within defense or Satcom sectors. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for managing projects for the clients, acting as a liaison between

internal teams and the customer, and ensuring that program objectives, schedules, and

deliverables are met efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic

planning ability, and experience in program tracking and reporting. He/she should be a United

States Citizen and should be willing to live in Ocala, Florida.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary interface with government customers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor project schedules, coordinating closely with the production manager, marketing and the engineering team.
  • Prepare, lead, and participate in program review meetings with customers and Prime contractors.
  • Track program performance against schedule, cost, and technical requirements, providing status updates and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Develop program documentation including program plans, risk assessments, schedules, and reports for internal and customer review.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve program issues, address customer feedback, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of components and adherence to Government FAR/DFAR flow downs and contractual requirements.
  • Utilize Microsoft Project or equivalent tools to maintain program schedules and generate progress reports.
  • Support business development efforts by providing technical and program management insights as required.
  • Maintain awareness of DoD program policies, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure all project activities align with government standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in DoD or Satcom sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and program risks in complex projects.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience interacting directly with government customers and Prime contractors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project or similar project management software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior experience of program management associated with advanced
  • engineering/RF/antenna systems is a plus. Core Competencies:
