Oversees a 15-bed Rehabilitation Unit with Clinical Liaisons (CL), Case Managers (CM), and the therapy team reporting directly to this position.
How you'll contribute
A Program Director of Rehabilitation who excels in this role:
  • Oversee the operations of the inpatient rehabilitation program including clinical, financial, and administrative performance.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with treatment standards.
  • Develop and manage departmental budgets, goals, and strategic plans.
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and accrediting agencies.
  • Supervise and develop staff; provide ongoing training and support.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • Represent the rehab program in internal and external meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What we're looking for
Applicants should have aBachelor's degree in a clinical discipline or healthcare management. Additional requirements include:
*We welcome clinical candidates from the following disciplines: Registered Nurses (RN), Physical Therapists (PT), Occupational Therapists (OT), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), and Master of Social Work (MSW) professionals.*
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in rehab leadership or administration.
  • Valid clinical license as applicable by state.
