Job Summary: The primary function of the Program Admin is to provide administrative support for on-site programs and initiatives. This role will assist in training & educating others on the program’s initiatives, as well as provide any necessary support for the continued development of the business programs and initiatives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provides technical or administrative support for programs or issues.
- Provides training to all foodservice associates. Such as recycling, composting, and proper waste disposal.
- Assists with the development of reports to communicate the effectiveness of current initiatives to programs and ensures recognition for all successful endeavors.
- Monitors and applies for current and future certifications
- Collaborates with stakeholders to support program initiatives
- Reviews and revises sustainability proposals or policies.
- Supports project goals, objectives, initiatives, and strategies
- Research trends related to business or site program/initiative to implement.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates degree required
- 1-3 years previous relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
- Working knowledge of sustainability management, reporting and transparency, inclusion and diversity, and/or supply chain.
