Looking for Project Program/Portfolio Manager with experience in enterprise 3rd party capabilities, supply chain, automation, change management.

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee strategic programs and ensure successful delivery across multiple projects and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, manage program priorities, budgets, risks, and timelines, and ensure initiatives align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain program strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Oversee multiple project teams and coordinate cross-project activities to achieve program goals.
  • Partner with project sponsors, project managers, cross-functional teams, and external vendors.
  • Define program scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines.
  • Manage program budgets and ensure initiatives deliver against established business objectives.
  • Identify and manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities.
  • Develop program assessment processes to measure performance, quality, and effectiveness.
  • Prepare program status reports and presentations for leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate resources and delegate responsibilities across projects to maximize productivity.
  • Apply change management principles to support successful program implementation and adoption.
