Program Manager, Amplify Pillar Enablement & Change Management:
The Program Manager will be a member of the STMO team and will drive adoption, understanding, and effective utilization of the value Amplify capabilities bring across the enterprise. This role requires strong executive presence, storytelling skills, and experience leading change management initiatives in complex organizations. The successful candidate will serve as a connector across stakeholders, translating strategy into clear communications, education, and governance practices that enable business teams to maximize the value they receive from the Diamond Program
Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize roadshows, presentations, and stakeholder engagement activities to communicate Amplify's vision, progress, and business value.
  • Develop and execute education and enablement programs that help teams understand and effectively consume data and insights from C360 and Amplify solutions.
  • Drive change management efforts to accelerate adoption and alignment across business and technology teams.
  • Establish and manage Amplify governance forums, including monthly or bi-weekly operating rhythms, decision tracking, and stakeholder accountability.
  • Serve as a program management lead across internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment, communication, and execution of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Create executive-level communications and narratives that translate complex concepts into clear, compelling stories for diverse audiences.
