Why Wendy's
We are currently hiring Managers who hold our same high standards of quality and customer service. Responsibilities are to assist the GM in managing the daily operations of a Wendy's restaurant, to participate in the achievement of store objectives and to assist in interviewing recommending, selecting and training shift supervisors and crew members. Will participate in creating and maintaining an environment and culture of communicating and engaging team members effectively, along with providing excellent customer service at all times.

What we expect from you
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to learn and apply Wendy's standard operating procedures, policies and procedures, Human Resources policies and procedures. The RM must have the ability to provide Supervisory practices. Ability to satisfactorily complete recommended corporate training programs, including, but not limited to, crew positional training program, Wendy's Management Institute and food safety training.
