The Global Integrated Engineering Program Manager is entrusted with leading programs and large-scale projects from start to finish, with a focus on enhancing harmonization, effective governance, and timely completion. This role involves managing resources and funding, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. One of the key responsibilities includes identifying and closing pending activities before gate reviews to ensure prompt and efficient completion. Additionally, the Program Manager regularly communicates program updates to functional management and executive leadership, and conducts postmortem project evaluations to identify best practices and areas for improvement. The projects managed by this role span various types including capacity, sustaining, compliance, safety, digitalization, architecture, New Product Development (NPD), Change to Win (CTW), crisis management, retrofit, and facilities.
To excel in this role, seeks individuals with a blend of program and project management expertise, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience in managing end-to-end project lifecycles. Proficiency in managing resources and funding, conducting postmortem evaluations, and collaborating effectively with project stakeholders are also essential. A solid understanding of the various project types mentioned above is crucial.
