Job description

What you'll do We are currently hiring Managers who hold our same highstandards of quality and customer service. Responsibilities are to assist the GM in managing the daily operationsof a Wendy's restaurant, to participate in the achievement of store objectivesand to assist in interviewing recommending, selecting and training shiftsupervisors and crew members.  Will participatein creating and maintaining an environment and culture of communicating and engagingteam members effectively, along with providing excellent customer service atall times.

What we expect from youTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to learn and apply Wendy's standard operatingprocedures, policies and procedures, Human Resources policies and procedures. The RM must have the ability to provide Supervisory practices.  Ability to satisfactorily complete recommended corporate training programs, including, but not limited to, crew positional training program, Wendy's Management Institute and food safety training.
