Join Hood Container Corporation and experience the difference! We're a growing leader in the corrugated packaging industry, and we're looking for skilled and motivated corrugated professionals who have experience working in Corrugated Manufacturing. Join our team and unbox your potential!

Immediate Openings on 2nd Shift (3:30 pm - 1:00 am) Mon - Thurs, with OT on Fri.

What You'll Do:

  • Safety first: Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Master our corrugator or converting equipment: Set up and operate either Corrugated Equipment, Rotary Die Cutter, or Flexo Folder Gluers in the production of corrugated boxes.
  • Ensure quality: Inspect and monitor production runs, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.
  • Drive efficiency: Maximize machine uptime and productivity.
  • Continuous improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience: At least 6 months of experience operating corrugated industry equipment.
  • Technical skills: Strong understanding of equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Safety focus: Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work.
  • Quality Mindset: Working with a one box set up mindset, to ensure quality expectations are met & minimize waste.
  • Team player: Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve production goals.
