What You'll Be Doing
- Leading the team - You'll provide direct supervision to program staff and make sure services are delivered with excellence.
- Creating a therapeutic environment - You'll monitor the milieu to ensure every youth's treatment plan is supported with care and consistency.
- Keeping communication flowing - You'll help departments stay connected and collaborate with outside agencies when needed.
- Owning documentation & development - You'll oversee paperwork, support program growth, and help us evolve in meaningful ways.

What You'll Need to Bring
- A bachelor's degree plus two years of experience in a child-caring facility
- Leadership skills that inspire, mentor, and motivate
- Self-starter energy - someone who can run with tasks and meet timelines independently
- Flexibility to support the needs of the program and the youth we serve
- A valid driver's license
All persons applying for these positions must be willing and able to perform "Safe Crisis Management", a technique used to restrain or transport a resident who has temporarily lost control of their behavior. Maryhurst provides extensive training opportunities for all employees who will have direct contact with the clients.
