The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of organizational programs, projects, and operational initiatives in support of Liberty Alliance’s mission objectives. This role involves managing deadlines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Projects are coordinated, planned, and executed by the Program Manager.

2. Deadlines and milestones are monitored and adhered to by the Program Manager.

3. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

4. Resources, budgets, and timelines are managed effectively by the Program Manager.

5. Risks and issues are identified, assessed, and mitigated by the Program Manager.

6. Regular status updates and executive briefs are provided to senior leadership.

7. Utilization of dashboards and task tracking systems are required.

8. Lead and motivate project teams to deliver high-quality results within scheduled timelines.

9. Establish and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors as needed.

10. Develop and implement standard operating procedures, project plans, lessons learned, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management methodologies, efficiency, and outcomes.
