Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Thorough knowledge on customer central for finance data conversion
Roles & Responsibilities
The Workday Finance Program Manager owns end to end delivery of Workday Finance programs, including planning, execution, governance, integrations, and stabilization. The role involves managing multiple workstreams, senior stakeholders, vendors, risks, budgets, and timelines to ensure business outcomes are achieved.
1. Program Leadership & Delivery
• Lead the full lifecycle of Workday Finance programs:
Assessment Design Build Test Deploy Post Go Live Support
• Manage core finance modules (GL, Procurement, AP, AR, Assets, Expenses, Revenue).
• Drive successful end to end Workday implementations, rollouts, or upgrades.
• Define the program roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• Ensure adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality Risk, Quality & Change Management
• Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies early.
• Ensure high quality through formal testing cycles (SIT, UAT, Parallel Payroll/Finance Runs).
• Support change management, training, and adoption to ensure business readiness.
Salary Range: $100,000-$140,000 a year
